Soonbell is a release calendar for independent apps, games and software. Follow the things you're waiting for, and we'll email you the day each one ships, on the platform you use.
Why it exists
App stores tell you about apps that are already out. Launch sites crown a winner for 24 hours and move on. Nobody tells you, quietly and reliably, that the small app you've been waiting for is finally available on your phone. That's the gap we fill.
How it works
- Follow. Tap "Notify me" on anything upcoming. Enter your email and confirm once.
- Per platform. An app can ship on iOS first and Android months later. You can wait for the platform you actually use.
- Get the email. One message when it ships, with a link to get it. Unsubscribe in one click.
Indie only, reviewed by a person
Every listing is reviewed by a human before it appears. We list work from independent developers and small teams: solo makers, tiny studios, open-source projects, side projects that grew up.
We don't list products from large companies, and we don't accept spam, scams, adult content, gambling or anything misleading. Rankings are based on verified followers, people who confirmed their email, not on votes that can be bought.
For makers
Listing is free. Your page works as a pre-launch landing page, with a "Notify me" button that collects a waitlist for you. If a follower ticks the optional box, you can export their email to tell them about your product. You keep your audience.
We sometimes add products ourselves from public sources such as app store listings and ask the maker to claim the page. If your product is listed and you'd rather it wasn't, use the "Remove" link on its page, or write to [email protected]. A person handles every request within 48 hours.
