By using Soonbell you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Using the site

You can browse, follow products and subscribe to emails for free. Don't misuse the service: no scraping at a rate that harms it, no attempts to break or bypass it, no automated sign-ups.

Listings

• Information on listing pages comes from makers and public sources. We review it but can't guarantee it is accurate or complete, and release dates can change.
• We decide what is listed. We may decline, edit or remove a listing, for example if it isn't independent work, is misleading or breaks the law.
• Links to stores and websites lead to services we don't control.

If you are a maker

• You confirm you have the right to list what you submit, including its name, text and images, and that it is accurate.
• You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to display it on Soonbell and in our emails and social posts about it.
• If followers choose to share their email with you, you may use it only to tell them about that product. No selling it, no adding it to unrelated lists, and every message must let them opt out.
• We may remove a listing at any time, and you can ask us to remove yours.

Paid features

Where a paid option exists, such as Featured placement, its price and duration are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who is the seller of record. Paid placements are always labelled.

Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.
